MY MISSION
BECOMING A COACH
​While teaching, I felt a pull toward a deeper mission. I knew in my bones that my purpose extended beyond what I was doing. I started paying attention to the signs, the nudges, the inner knowing that wouldn’t quiet down.
​
I immersed myself in the coaching world, followed mentors who inspired me, and eventually took the leap into a life coaching certification. I studied relentlessly and trusted the calling.
​
In 2018, I officially launched my coaching business and felt instant alignment. For the first time in years, I knew without question: this is what I’m meant to do.

My name is Allison Henderson, and I started this journey with one simple but powerful desire: to help women wake up excited about their lives.

I’m a business coach for sleep consultants and coaches who are ready to build profitable businesses, market themselves confidently, make real money, and create a life with more freedom, joy, and choice.

But this path didn’t begin with confidence or clarity.
It began with feeling lost.
​
MY STORY​
Over 10 years ago, I found myself stuck, disconnected, and unsure of who I was becoming. As a new mom, I felt like I had lost a part of myself. On paper, everything looked “fine”… but inside, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.
​
I knew what lit me up: travel, teaching, helping others, and living life on my own terms.
What I didn’t know was how to bring all of that together.
That’s when I hired my first coach and everything changed.
​
Through 1:1 and group coaching, I began shedding layers of stress, self-doubt, and limitation. I moved from constantly overwhelmed to deeply connected to myself. Slowly but surely, I started embodying the version of me I had buried for years.
​
I left my corporate job, traveled with my family, became an online English teacher, and for the first time in a long time, I felt like me again.
​
And yet… something bigger was calling.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I’m a wife (together for over 20 years) and a mom to two incredible girls (ages 12 and 6).
I hold a BA in Telecommunications with a focus in Sales & Promotion and spent nearly eight years in Chicago managing and selling events for top-rated radio stations. My work led me to partner with national brands like Dunkin Donuts, Miller Lite, Bud Light, and more.
​
Over the past 7 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women across multiple industries in clarifying their offers, strengthening their sales and marketing strategies, and growing businesses rooted in alignment, trust, and momentum.
​
My approach blends strategy, energetics, spirituality, and growth mindset, creating results that feel expansive and sustainable.
